Vendor Application – Berthoud Main Street
Event: Cowboy Christmas & Holiday Market Market at A Very Merry Berthoud

Market Hours: 10am-3pm (A Very Merry Berthoud is a full-day, community-wide event)
Location: 604 3rd Street, Berthoud, Colorado
Vendor Details & Requirements
- Booth size: 10’ x 10’ outdoor space
- No electricity provided
- Booth spaces are assigned by Berthoud Main Street (not first come, first served)
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and weights Tent weights are required on all four legs (minimum 40 lbs per leg recommended)
Setup & Breakdown
- Check-in & Setup: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM at The Rancher’s Wife Co
- All vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM
- No early breakdown permitted prior to 3:00 PM
Sales & Operations
- Vendors are responsible for all sales, transactions, and applicable sales tax
- Vendors must provide their own payment processing system (cash, card, etc.)
- Wi-Fi is not available
Liability & Weather
- Berthoud Main Street is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property
- Event will be held rain, snow, or shine
- Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing their booth
Application & Approval Process
- All applications are reviewed and approved by Berthoud Main Street
- Vendors will be notified of acceptance by November 5, 2026
- Payment is required upon acceptance to secure your space (CLICK HERE for Online Payment Form)
- Additional event details and setup instructions will be sent closer to the event
