Berthoud Main Street is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to Downtown Berthoud. We are an aspiring Colorado Main Street community working in partnership with local businesses, property owners, and residents.

SUPPORT BERTHOUD MAIN STREET ON MAY 12TH

Berthoud Main Street is requesting Town support for a three-year partnership to preserve and strengthen Downtown Berthoud.

On May 12th, 2026 the Berthoud Town Board unanimously approved a motion directing town staff to move forward with creating an agreement, formal resolution, and memorandum of understanding with Berthoud Main Street for final consideration by the Board.

The motion includes the initial $85,000 funding request and intent for a three-year partnership plan, along with requirements for annual reporting, stakeholder engagement, town liaison participation, statement of planned expansion, and continued collaboration with the Town and DOLA requirements.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, thoughtful discussion, and everyone who showed up to share their vision for Downtown Berthoud. We look forward to continuing this work together for the future of our community.

BERTHOUD MAIN STREET PROGRAM MANAGER

Berthoud Main Street is currently volunteer-led, driven by people who care deeply about our downtown but are balancing this work alongside their own businesses and families.

To grow our impact and meet Colorado Main Street program requirements, we need a dedicated Program Manager. This role brings consistency, coordination, and the ability to turn ideas into action – supporting local businesses and strengthening our downtown over time.
