BERTHOUD MAIN STREET PROGRAM MANAGER
Berthoud Main Street is currently volunteer-led, driven by people who care deeply about our downtown but are balancing this work alongside their own businesses and families.
To grow our impact and meet Colorado Main Street program requirements, we need a dedicated Program Manager. This role brings consistency, coordination, and the ability to turn ideas into action – supporting local businesses and strengthening our downtown over time.
Town of Berthoud + Main Street Partnership
On August 11, 2026, the Berthoud Board of Trustees approved a partnership agreement with Berthoud Main Street to support the development of a Colorado Main Street program.
The agreement provides an initial $50,000 Town investment in 2026, tied to specific deliverables and reporting requirements, and establishes a framework for ongoing collaboration and future funding.
This fall, Berthoud Main Street will participate in a Colorado Main Street Strategic Planning Workshop with a DOLA-provided consultant. The process will establish a 3–5 year strategic plan and annual work plan, evaluate the program area and planned expansion, and identify priorities for strengthening Downtown Berthoud.
